Going into a gym , feeling comfortable there AND achieving your fitness goals are 3 separate and great goals in themselves, for some people it is daunting to just get to a gym, let alone feel comfortable there…. Having a good, experienced personal trainer who fully understands what you want and what has been holding you back is a great way to start to get there.
